Using Payonline to make payments
Payonline is an online payment portal where you can make payments in a safe and secure environment. In order to use Payonline to make a payment, you must be an individual, that can enter into a legally binding contract under
the laws of England and Wales. You may not make a payment and may not accept the Terms and Conditions if you are under the age of 18 or are not authorised to enter into such a contract. The payment facilities and service
are offered by UK Search Limited. We are a company, based at 3 Napier Court, Barlborough Links, Chesterfield, S43 4PZ registered in England Wales, engaged in debt collecting and operating within the UK. In making a payment
through Payonline, you accept the Terms and Conditions which form a legally binding contract between you and us. If your payment is subject to card charges these are shown on Confirmation Page before checkout. All one-off
payments will be deemed to be accepted by UK Search Limited upon receipt by you of the confirmation email from Payonline.
What happens when you make a payment?

In the event of a payment error please call customer service at 01246 570 500. We aim to resolve and refund errors within 3 working days of being informed.
We may share information we collect about you with external service providers. Our agreements with these service providers require that they protect your information and only use it to carry out the services they are performing
